Terms & conditions.
Clear expectations for business voice, numbers, calling systems and automation. Read these together with your accepted service order.
Scope and service orders
These general terms apply to DailDirectly business communications services when incorporated into an accepted written order. The order identifies the contracting business, customer, services, charges and duration. An enquiry alone is not a purchase or service activation. Specific agreed order terms take precedence over these general terms, subject to mandatory law.
Eligibility and activation
You must be authorised to act for your business and provide accurate account and end-user information. Activation may depend on identity checks, address evidence, payment and carrier approval. Countries, number types, calling destinations and features are subject to availability and local requirements.
Responsible use
Do not use our services for fraud, scams, harassment, unlawful communications, deceptive caller identity, unauthorised access or traffic designed to exploit billing systems. Use only caller IDs you are entitled to use. You are responsible for your users and campaigns. We may request information needed to investigate suspected misuse.
Calling, messaging and AI
Obtain required permissions before calling, messaging, recording or processing personal information. Respect opt-outs, do-not-call rules and applicable contact hours. Automated campaigns need approval for the intended route and use case; some carriers prohibit them. Disclose automation when required, avoid impersonation and provide appropriate human oversight. AI outputs can be inaccurate and must be tested and monitored.
Numbers and transfers
A number allocation gives a right to use the number while the relevant service remains active, subject to regulatory and carrier rules. Porting requires eligibility and correct documentation; completion dates are not guaranteed. Do not cancel the previous service before a confirmed transfer. Released numbers may be reassigned and recovery is not guaranteed.
Charges and billing
Your accepted quote or order specifies setup fees, recurring charges, usage rates, taxes, currency, payment timing and any minimum commitments. Confirm these before ordering. Usage outside the agreed allowance may incur additional charges at the agreed rates. Raise disputed items promptly with your invoice reference; we will review them with you.
Cancellation and refunds
Renewal, cancellation notice and refund arrangements must be stated in the accepted order. Cancellation does not erase charges already due for services delivered. Any deductions for completed work or committed third-party costs must be supported by the order and applicable law. Mandatory refund and consumer rights remain unaffected.
Security and customer data
Protect SIP credentials, administrator accounts and connected systems. Report suspected compromise promptly. Configure access controls and usage limits appropriate to your operation. Before transferring recordings, contact lists or other personal data, agree the necessary privacy, processing, retention and access arrangements with us. Do not submit secrets through the public enquiry form.
Availability and emergency calling
Calling depends on internet access, equipment and third-party networks. Maintenance, outages and carrier restrictions may affect service. Response times and service-level commitments apply only where agreed in writing. Do not rely on a service for emergency calls unless its emergency capability and required registration have been expressly confirmed. Maintain an alternative emergency calling method.
Suspension and termination
We may restrict affected services where reasonably necessary to address fraud, security threats, unlawful use, material non-payment or binding carrier or regulatory requirements. Where practical, we will explain the reason and steps to resolve it. Immediate restrictions may be necessary to prevent harm. Closure and any remaining balances follow the order and mandatory law.
Responsibility and disputes
Each party remains responsible for its obligations under the accepted agreement and applicable law. These general terms do not create a fixed liability cap or exclude rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Any additional liability provisions, governing law or dispute process must be agreed in the service contract. Contact us first with a clear description of a concern so we can seek a practical resolution.
Changes and contact
We may update these general terms for future orders. Material changes to an existing service will be communicated and handled under its agreed contract and applicable law. For questions, billing concerns or service notices, contact DailDirectly through the Help page or WhatsApp at +1 707 941 4225.
